LA cloud servers, hourly billing, frequent flash sales
Running since 2014, CloudCone is LA-only (Multacom datacenter) and famous in the budget scene for deep flash sales: hourly billing, self-serve rebuilds and Alipay support — a natural fit for budget West Coast needs.
Regular transit from Los Angeles with no China optimization; typical West Coast latency to China (~150-200ms) with some peak-hour variance.
An active budget-community pick with great flash-sale value; criticized for overselling-driven performance swings and for dropping its 7-day money-back guarantee in June 2025 (official notice).

The current best-seller on CloudCone's official site: Los Angeles location, hourly billing with destroy-anytime, Alipay supported. Watch for their irregular flash sales.
