Launched in 2014 (parent The Constant Company has run networks since 2000), Vultr is a developer-favorite public cloud: 32 global regions, 60-second deploys, hourly billing, plus a full API, snapshots, cloud firewall — and bare metal / GPU lines on top.

Network & Routes

Global multi-carrier BGP; excellent within EU/US, but no dedicated China optimization and quality varies a lot by city (Tokyo/Seoul are decent, Europe is average). Test each location before committing.

Community Reputation

Positive developer reputation (fast, stable, good API); budget-yearly fans find monthly pricing pricey. The official no-refund policy gets debated but is common practice.
